The Trident Process™ with the VAP-X™ Oil Blend chemistry

Vap-X™ Oil Blend Chemistry is specially formulated to significantly eliminate the levels of H2S and TAN present in oil streams in an economical way. The Trident Solution system optimizes efficiency.

What is it?

The system treats oil streams using Vap-X™ Oil Blend Chemistry to address H2S and TAN (Total Acid Number). The chemistry neutralizes the acids thereby converting the H2S out of the sulfide phase, and includes a corrosion inhibitor built into the chemistry. It prevents precipitate fallout even at elevated pH levels. Contaminants change phase without falling out of solution and without affecting the hydrocarbon stream.
