What is it?
This chemistry can effectively eliminate gas-phase H2S and CO2 by 100%. When acidic water vapor is present in the gas stream due to the presence of acid gas, Vap-X™ Gas Blend neutralizes the acids, converging the H2S out of the sulfide phase. In battery applications where water is a key factor in causing scale, Vap-X™ Gas Blend displaces elemental sulfur in the water fluid.
The proprietary chemistry of Vap-X™ Gas Blend allows for it to migrate through the gas column when applied using proprietary application methods. It is most effective when used with high concentrations of H2S in conjunction with Vap-X™ gas chemistry along with our blend of hybrid concentrated reagents.
